Fully assembled 10 frame durable and insulated hive kit. No painting. No winter blankets needed! Solid Food Grade Polypropylene encases 3/4" foam in the bodies, 1"foam in the top cover for an approximate insulation value of r-6 in the walls and top cover. Keeps the colony warmer in Winter and cooler in Summer. Standard deep and medium wooden frames fit these corresponding deep and medium Anel boxes. Front and rear buckles securely hold boxes together. Solid plastic bottom board with drain holes and two closeable entrances that also serve as mouse guards. Top cover has front & rear ventilation holes and a feed bucket hole on the top that can be opened or closed. Wooden hive boxes can be used in conjunction with these boxes.
